Lacey is in need
So everyone knows that Lacey has been through more than any dog should ever endure. She was found starved, a mere 27 lbs, fractured skull from blunt force to the head, sawed down teeth, a sign of being a bait dog from Dog Fighting, bullet fragments found in her head and her rear end – of which she had to have surgery to remove the bullet from her head because caused an infection. And we finally thought we were in the clear – but now, poor little thing, she has a herniated disc in her back and can’t walk.
She’s going into surgery today and will have 8 weeks of recovery in front of her.
This girl deserves a second chance. If you can help contribute to her care, we would greatly appreciate it.
