LILAC!

LILAC is still looking for her furever home! This sweet girl is a very loving dog who is extremely intelligent and wants to please. Lilac is extremely obedient and knows her basic commands well which include, heel, sit, down, and place. She likes nothing more than to chase her kong and play tug-of-war with her tug toy. Lilac is an energetic dog, but really only needs a nice long walk or two and she will curl up on her dog bed and be content to hang out with her human. She is completely house trained and has never had an accident in her foster home. In addition she has done beautifully with her foster cat, and is only very interested, but understands that “no” means no. We believe that Lilac will be best served as an only dog to begin.
Her foster mom tells us that she has never had a dog that loves people so much. Lilac is truly a “people” dog, as she loves her humans more than anything. Lilac will make a fabulous addition to any home who wants a playful, funny girl that really just wants to cuddle up and love her humans.

Could you please send an email & explain why you will not adopt outside the Cincinnati area? – I live only 3hrs away in WV & already have a pibble mix named Gemma & dog park close by, my neighbors don’t mind pits, 3 out of the 6 of them have pits themselves. I just know I would make a wonderful furever home mommy to one of these beautiful dogs. So I guess that is my only question & I love your site & everything you’re doing for these beautiful misunderstood animals
